I had originally hoped to use the biped rig for the gorilla, however having received the model from the artist, I am finding it hard to pose and scale the biped rig correctly to fit the model. In fact, its taking me so long that I have decided it would be quicker to build my own rig. So thats what I have done. Its a much simpler rig than the dragon rig as I don’t have the same amount of time to spend on it. I’ve tried to get the rig done as fast as possible as I feel the skinning may be very difficult due to the positioning of some of the loops.
