So this was the other half of the two week project. We were given a basic car model to animate in various ways showing the secondary movement of the car body as it accelerated/decelerated and turned corners etc. We then added an aerial to the car and animated the secondary motion of the aerial as the car moved.
Again I felt I was at a distinct advantage during this half of the project. It seemed blindingly obvious to me what the car body and aerial should be doing. However I saw others in our class really struggling and occasionally even animating the aerial moving the wrong way (as though it was dragging the car rather than being dragged).
